How to Use Strap Launcher
Using tie-down straps doesn’t have to be hard, slow, or frustrating. Strap Launcher makes it quick, safe, and easy – whether you’re dealing with a standard load or something wide and awkward.
With just three simple steps, you can secure your load faster, reduce strain, and get back on the road.
Step 1: Load
To Load your tie-down strap, slide the strap into the Strap Launcher with the buckle end of the strap hanging down the length of the pole. Make sure it’s positioned correctly for a clean throw.
Tip: Ensure you have enough strap out so you can hold the buckle end when the pole is in the raised position.
Step 2: Launch
Raise the loaded Strap Launcher and aim so it is level with the top of your load.
Strike the Strap Launcher to the top edge of the load to release the strap. The strap will then roll across the load to the other side and fall to the ground where it can be secured.
Tip: A small length of pool noodle can be added to the upper part of your pole where it strikes the load, this can help preserve your
pole if you are striking it against hard objects or get a little heavy fisted with your wacks!
Step 3: Secure
Once your strap is in place the upper section of the Strap Launcher tool can be used to
place a load protection angle into position, the binder can now be attached and
tightened as usual.
Your load is now safe and secure, all in a fraction of the time it used to take.
